Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Intern, located in Nashik with a hybrid working model that allows some remote work flexibility. The HR Intern will assist the HR department with daily activities such as developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, managing employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating employee benefits, and providing administrative support for personnel management tasks. The role provides opportunities to gain practical HR experience in an innovative software company environment.

1. Sourcing candidates for different level of openings.

2. Taking care of interview process and follow-up till the candidates joining.

3. Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.

4. Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities.

5. Handling preparation of HR Related correspondence
