Role Description

The HR Intern will assist in various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes. This is an on-site internship role and is located in Kakori.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Recruitment and Employee Onboarding
• Basic understanding of HR principles and strategies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus
