Hr Intern

Job Description: HR Intern (Remote)

Duration: 3 Months

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month remote internship. The

ideal candidate will assist in hiring processes, focusing on sourcing and recruiting candidates for

various roles. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions

while working from home.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various job openings, including entry-level

positions, internships, and specialized roles.

2. Utilize online platforms and social media channels to attract potential candidates and build a

talent pipeline.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and

suitability for specific roles.

4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a

seamless recruitment process.

5. Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related documents.

6. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to

meet hiring goals.

7. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

8. Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects, as needed.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources,

Business Administration, or related field.

2. Strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant

tracking systems is a plus.

6. Prior experience in hiring, whether through internships, part-time roles, or volunteer positions,

is preferred.

7. Duration: 3 months, work-from-home setup.

8. Stipend: Performance-based, with incentives tied to successful candidate placements.

9. Payments will be made only for successful hires for 3rd-party companies or full-time roles.

10. No payment will be provided for hiring interns for SND.
