Job Description

As the overseer of the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department, your role involves assisting with constructive performance evaluations. You will be responsible for reviewing, tracking, and documenting compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This encompasses safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications. Moreover, you will recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants, conduct background checks, and employee eligibility verifications. Implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff - Assist with constructive performance evaluations - Review, track, and document compliance with training and assessments - Recruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants - Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications - Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs Your responsibilities will extend to administering human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, and leave; addressing employment-related inquiries; participating in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations; and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. It is essential for you to stay updated on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Additionally, you will be required to perform other assigned duties. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - At least one year of human resource management experience preferred - SHRM-CP certification is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and talent management systems preferred Please note that this is a full-time position offering health insurance benefits. The work schedule is during the day shift, and your presence in person is required.,
