HR Generalist

Role & responsibilities Reviews employment applications and interviews applicants to evaluate work history, skills, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications. Interviews, tests where necessary, and assists in selection of employees to fill vacant positions. Informs applicants (during interviews) of compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, policies, and other information. Maintains computerized tracking system for interviewed applicants. Oversees employee orientation, including initial paperwork, onboarding, following up on and assisting with benefits enrollment. Advises managers and assists with counseling/disciplinary actions up to and including termination. Participates in investigations. Looking for someone having HRBP & IT Recruitment experience Preferred candidate profile 6+ years progressive human resources generalist experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
