Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or QSR industry.
  • Practical, hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in HR or related discipline.
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple outlets.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH), and learning & development initiatives.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Executive to support our rapidly growing organistion. The role involves managing end-to-end HR activities across multiple outlets, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations to ensure a motivated, service-oriented workforce that drives customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
 Manage recruitment for outlet staff (crew members, shift supervisors, store managers)
and support roles. Partner with operations to forecast manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring. Oversee onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires into the companyculture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
 Maintain employee records, HRIS entries, and documentation.
 Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, etc.) for alloutlets. Support payroll processing with accurate data on attendance, overtime, and leaves.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention
 Implement engagement activities to boost morale, teamwork, and service orientation.
 Address grievances, support conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workenvironment. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends, recommending retention initiatives.
  • Learning & Development
 Coordinate training programs for outlet staff (customer service, hygiene, safety, and
leadership). Support capability building and career progression programs for high-potentialemployees.
  • Performance Management
 Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs for outlet staff and managers.
 Support appraisal processes, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
  • HR Business Partnering
 Act as a point of contact for outlet managers on HR policies and practices.
 Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, compliance, and employee relations. Align HR initiatives with business needs to ensure smooth outlet operations.Skills: compliance,talent acquisition,payroll,onboarding,hr operations,operations
