Responsible for End to End recruitment process 1. Sourcing profiles through internal & external sources 2. Screening profiles 3. Schedule & coordinate interviews 4. Negotiate & release Offers Responsible for smooth onboarding of the offered candidates 1. Background verification 2. Joining documents & Induction coordination 3. Take Feedback forms with new joiners on regular intervals Responsible for employee life-cycle management 1. Confirmation process 2. Transfer process 3. Separation Process Prepare, update, and maintain organization structure and consolidate on monthly basis Liasioning with all the vendors for agreements and payments Responsible to prepare and publish various MIS and Reports as and when required Responsible to work on various other HR activities as and when assigned.
