About Us: Yantra Packs is a leader in returnable packaging solutions for the automotive and manufacturing sectors. We specialize in HDPE crates, pallets, metal cages, molded inserts, foam profiles, and other reusable packaging assets. Key Responsibilities: Source and purchase returnable packaging components (HDPE, PP, metal, foam, etc.). Develop and manage vendor relationships. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with design & operations teams on specifications. Ensure timely purchase orders and deliveries. Requirements: Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Packaging Technology. 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in returnable packaging or automotive packaging . Strong negotiation & vendor management skills. Knowledge of packaging material specifications and manufacturing processes. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Joining: Immediate preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,522.17 - ₹42,164.63 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Current CTC and notice period Work Location: In person
