Business Intelligence Developer

You will be joining Yantra Packs, a leading provider of returnable packaging pooling solutions for industrial supply chains, with a focus on the principles of the circular economy - reduce, reuse, and recycle. Leveraging advanced technology to manage reusable packaging assets, we are in need of a skilled Tableau Developer to assist us in transforming data into actionable insights. Your role as a Tableau Developer at Yantra Packs will involve designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Tableau. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will understand their requirements, convert data into meaningful visualizations, and ensure data integrity and performance to enable data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Develop Reports and Dashboards: Create interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements. - Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to support business insights and decision-making processes. - Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources while ensuring accurate data representation. - Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Optimization: Enhance dashboards for improved performance and scalability. - Training: Offer training and support to end-users to maximize the value derived from Tableau solutions. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or BI Developer. - Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online. - Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. - Ability to create complex calculations, LOD expressions, and advanced chart types. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and BI reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry. - Familiarity with other BI tools like Power BI or QlikView. - Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) for embedding Tableau visualizations.
