Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive with strong knowledge of payroll processing and core HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with face-to-face interviews and available to work from our Faridabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including face-to-face interviews
• Process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
• Support onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement

Requirements:

• 6 monnth–1 years of experience in HR with payroll knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR software/tools
• Must be willing to attend face-to-face interview in Faridabad
