Job Description

Role Overview: As a Female Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting candidates and managing pre and post joining formalities. You will be responsible for handling full and final settlement procedures along with exit formalities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in preparing and explaining job descriptions, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Key Result Areas (KRA) to employees. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure statutory compliance and conduct performance evaluations and appraisals. - Monitor and track employee performance reviews, confirmations, promotions, etc. - Implement, review, and reformulate HR policies, upgrade and restructure HR manuals, and effectively communicate these changes to employees. - Maintain individual employee databases, leave records, and attendance reports on a monthly basis. - Design compensation and salary structures, competency mapping, and prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. - Facilitate employee training programs. Qualifications Required: - Diploma qualification. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR and a total work experience of 5 years. Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.,
