Description
As the HR Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be managing full-cycle recruitment processes. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates. You will also oversee onboarding activities to ensure the smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Collaborating with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, define job descriptions, and act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances will be essential. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining positive employee relations by promptly and effectively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts - Implementing employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and job satisfaction - Supporting the performance review process, assisting with goal setting, performance feedback, and tracking - Assisting managers in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) and facilitating career development discussions - Ensuring HR practices and policies are compliant with legal regulations and industry standards Additionally, you will provide guidance to management on HR policies and legal requirements, administer employee benefits programs, and resolve benefits-related issues. Conducting employee surveys, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction, collaborating with other departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and maintaining HR data integrity by updating employee records in the HRIS system will also fall under your role. Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry - Familiarity with HR metrics, reporting tools, and HRIS systems - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to IT companies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
