HR Generalist

As a part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include: - Posting job openings on internal and external job portals to attract potential candidates within specified timelines and maintaining a database of the same. - Conducting recruitment activities such as preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process to meet the organization's business demands. - Ensuring timely communication with candidates regarding interview feedback and issuing offer letters to selected candidates. - Performing background verification checks for selected candidates to maintain the integrity of the hiring process. - Managing employee life cycle activities including transfers, promotions, unauthorized absences, and resignations. - Facilitating employee retention strategies in case of resignations and addressing employee grievances to provide necessary support. - Initiating and overseeing a smooth exit process for resigned employees, including asset recovery and proper handover procedures. - Ensuring all necessary clearances are obtained from relevant departments for employees exiting the organization. - Conducting exit interviews, issuing experience or relieving letters, and processing gratuity and other settlements as part of the full and final settlement process. - Ensuring that final settlement and relieving processes comply with company policies. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Master's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR, proficiency in English, and be located in Trivandrum, Kerala. The work location for this role is in-person.,
