Responsibilities: 70% focus will be on Talent Acquisition & 30% on other HR sub-functions.

• Sourcing and screening resumes based on the requirements.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates to understand and assess their fitment against the predefined criteria.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Facilitate the offer process by negotiating employment terms.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with the companys laid down process.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Ensure Personnel files are up-to-date (hard and soft copy).
• Provide support to HR Team wherever required.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• MBA (HR)
• Hands-on experience in various job portals.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of HRIS system. Knowledge of SAP (HR module) would be an added advantage.

• Should be ready to sign a bond.
