Job Description

Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate roles sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management. Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth joining, orientation, and documentation for new hires. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, HRIS, and ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs. Employee Engagement: Drive engagement activities and support performance review processes. Payroll Management: Collect inputs, process payroll, and coordinate with finance/partners for timely salary disbursement. Statutory Compliance: Manage PF, ESI, PT, and other labour law compliances across all locations. Employee Relations: Address grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment. Outlet HR Support: Visit outlets as required to handle recruitment, training coordination, or HR-related issues.
