Job Description

Role Overview:

People & Culture Partner

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Culture:

  • Act as a trusted partner and first point of contact for employee queries, feedback, and concerns
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
  • Support conflict resolution and performance improvement initiatives

HR Operations:

  • Own and improve core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, leave management, documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Recruitment Support:

  • Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting (as needed)
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by improving job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate experience

Performance & Development:

  • Assist in rolling out performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and development plans
  • Coordinate training programs and internal workshops

Data & Reporting:

  • Generate HR reports and dashboards on metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity
  • Use data to identify trends and recommend solutions
