Job Description

Job Summary:

As an HR Fresher, you will support the HR department in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and record maintenance. This role offers great learning opportunities to develop a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process including documentation and orientation of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help with payroll data collection and verification.
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
Handle routine employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of internship experience in HR are welcome.
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
