Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identify recruitment needs and work towards achieving hiring goals.Verify educational qualifications, professional documents, and certificates of new joiners.Maintain accurate documentation in both soft copy and hard copy formats.Manage the full cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).Handle general HR activities including employee documentation,attendance/leave management, HR policies, and compliance.Actively work on employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.Desired Candidate Profile:35 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.Strong experience in handling full-cycle recruitment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.Ability to manage both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
