Role Overview: As an HR Executive located in Raichur, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations. This includes tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, and managing employee records and documentation. Collaboration with department heads to align HR practices with organizational goals is also a crucial aspect of this role.
