Job Description

Experience:- 1 to 3 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality / retail / large-scale manpower operations. (Female candidates only)

Skills:-

  • Good understanding of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to manage attendance, shifts, rostering, and leave management.
  • Experience in coordinating employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Good analytical skills for maintaining HR MIS and reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large manpower teams.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as per park operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

  • Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and issuing offers.
  • Handle new joiner documentation, onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Contract Labour documents, etc.) under the guidance of HR Manager.
  • Manage attendance tracking, shift scheduling, leave management, and workforce MIS.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, events, and welfare programs.
  • Assist in grievance handling and support employee relation initiatives.
  • Liaise with various departments to fulfil manpower requirements.
  • Assist in performance management activities including probation reviews and appraisal documentation.
  • Support training & development programs, skill-building sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and prepare periodic reports on manpower, attrition, compliance, and training hours.
  • Support payroll inputs with accurate attendance and employee data.
  • Coordinate with vendors for uniform issuance, ID cards, and other HR-related materials.
  • Provide day-to-day HR operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the park.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
