Experience Required: 2+ Years Job Description: Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, policy management, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment and selection for IT and non-IT roles Manage employee onboarding , documentation, and background verification Maintain HR records, track attendance, leaves, and performance data Implement and communicate HR policies and ensure statutory compliance Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and activities Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs and updates Support the HR Manager in audits, reporting, and grievance handling Maintain a positive and transparent work culture Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive role (IT industry preferred) Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, HRMS tools , and MS Excel Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently What We Offer: A growth-oriented role with cross-functional exposure Friendly and professional work culture Opportunities to contribute to company-wide initiatives and HR strategies To Apply: Please email your resume to muskan.garg@webguruz.in with the subject: Application for HR Executive – 2 Years Exp – Mohali Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
