HR Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Onboard new employees, ensuring that they are well-integrated into the organization and provided with the necessary training and resources. Provide support to the HR team in various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment. Support performance management processes by assisting in appraisals, feedback sessions, and training programs. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: MBA/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institution. At least 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare sector. Experience of using various job portals and other platforms to source candidates. Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Positive attitude and a proactive approach, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
