HR Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth communication between management and employees, and assisting in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Handle onboarding and induction for new hires. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Monitor attendance, leave, and prepare related reports. Support payroll processing by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.). Address employee queries and support HR policies implementation. Organize employee engagement activities and internal events. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration is a plus.
