E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and manage daily operations across online platforms like Amazon, Noon, WooCommerce, and others. This role focuses on product listing, content updates, order processing, and inventory management, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing & Monitoring: Create, upload, and regularly monitor product listings on Amazon, Noon, WooCommerce, and other platforms. Content Optimization: Accurately enter product details, specifications, pricing, descriptions, and images; optimize listings to improve search visibility and conversions. Inventory Management: Track inventory across platforms, update stock levels, and maintain accurate product availability. Price & Detail Updates: Regularly update existing product listings for pricing changes, promotions, or other relevant information. Order Processing: Process orders, update statuses, and coordinate with fulfillment team for timely order delivery. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate online records and spreadsheets for product data, order tracking, and performance reports. E-commerce Trend Monitoring & Assisting in Campaigns: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices; assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches across various platforms. Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce. Familiarity with Seller dashboards of Amazon, Noon, Flipkart. Strong computer skills with MS Office, Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and product information updates. Knowledge of e-commerce operations and digital marketing (preferred). Familiarity or willingness to learn Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, WooCommerce backend. Ability to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple tasks efficiently. Why Join Us?
