Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Data Entry Executive with at least one year of experience in financial data entry and a working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Gofrugal, and AlignBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining updated records, and supporting the finance team in generating reports and making informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Input financial data from invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other source documents into accounting software. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ledgers and systems. Assist with reconciling accounts and verifying data accuracy. Generate and prepare basic financial reports as needed. Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial data. Coordinate with other departments for clarifications and document collection. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or data entry roles. Familiarity with GST, billing, and inventory entries Proficient or familiarity in Tally, Gofrugal, and AlignBooks accounting software. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documents. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
