Job Description

Keep general ledger accounts accurate and complete.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist in preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Work with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support operational needs.
Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and response to audit inquiries.
Ensure financial records and documents are securely stored and access is controlled to prevent unauthorized use.
Follow data protection and confidentiality policies to safeguard sensitive financial information.
Adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures to minimize risk and ensure financial accuracy.
Maintain hygiene, grooming and dress code that matches the industry standards/as directed by organization management.
