Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS system
Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws
Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving issues, and facilitating positive workplace culture
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
Monitor performance appraisal systems and support managers in reviews
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development programs
Organize employee engagement activities and events
