Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily HR operations, from recruitment coordination to employee engagement and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating with candidates
Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies)Support onboarding and offboarding processesPayroll preparation and attendance trackingHelp plan and execute employee engagement initiativesHandle HR documentation and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS systems is a plusHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills
