HR Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities including talent acquisition, attendance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:  Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on- boarding / off boarding candidates for multiple positions.  Handle leadership hiring and bulk recruitment as per business needs.  Manage and optimize job portals for effective hiring and pipeline building.  Maintain and monitor employee attendance records with accuracy.  Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make final hiring recommendations.  Foster and manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.  Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and motivation.  Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.  Collaborate with management to identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs.  Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
