Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will directly report to the CHRO and will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the Onboarding Process: documentation, induction, and smooth integration of new employees.
• Manage and monitor Attendance Tracking and coordinate with the HR team for regularization.
• Contribute to Employee Engagement Activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide general HR administrative support and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with HR tools/software.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics.
