- Interview Scheduling (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in coordinating, scheduling, and managing candidate interviews, with attention to logistical efficiency and professionalism.
- Onboarding: Experience executing seamless onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- HRIS: Competence in utilizing Human Resource Information Systems for maintaining employee records, reports, and supporting HR compliance functions accurately.
- Talent Sourcing: Adept at identifying and engaging potential candidates using a range of sourcing strategies aligned with the company's requirements and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members, management, and job applicants for clear and productive interactions.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including requirement analysis, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing induction materials, facilitating documentation, and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies.
- Handle employee queries, address grievances, and support initiatives that enhance workplace engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategies by identifying new sourcing channels and improving existing talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication on HR-related processes and organizational updates.
- Participate in ongoing HR projects, processes improvements, and policy implementation to foster a positive organizational culture.
