Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Design and update job descriptions.
Background verification of new joiners.
Validating and maintaining Master Data.
Employee Engagement Activities.
Controlling Attrition.
Conducting 1*1 and team Session/Meetings and Handling Employee Grievances.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Ensuring Attendance Management for Payroll. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues. Implement performance review procedures. Handling Separation Process. Monitor the HR department s budget. Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
