Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and headhunting, especially in technical and marketing roles. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in leveraging modern recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and social platforms to attract and onboard top talent in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:  Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, with a focus on technical, manufacturing and marketing roles.  Utilize tech-driven platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, ATS, Boolean, etc.) for efficient headhunting and sourcing.  Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet company staffing goals in coordination with department heads.  Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.  Maintain recruitment reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.  Conduct reference checks and manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.  Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and academic institutions as required.  Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.  Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and applicable labour laws. Key Skills and Competencies:  Proven experience in headhunting and recruiting in manufacturing/engineering industries  Strong knowledge of ATS tools, job portals, and social recruiting techniques  Excellent sourcing and screening capabilities  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Tech-savvy, with a knack for digital tools and data analytics in HR  Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently  Knowledge of labour regulations and HR best practices Qualifications:  Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field  Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or related sectors
