HR Executive

Job Summary:

The Healer Foundation is seeking a passionate and skilled HR Executive to support our team in managing human resource functions and contributing to organizational growth. This role requires someone who is people-centric, organized, and ready to work in the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
• Handle leave, attendance, and assist with payroll support
• Plan and organize training, workshops, and HR programs
• Ensure HR legal compliance and maintain policy documentation
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities
• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field (mandatory)
• 0–2 years of HR experience (NGO or development sector experience is a plus)
• Strong communication in Tamil and English
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools
• Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and attention to detail

Salary Offered: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)
