Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources functions in a dynamic real estate environment. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & On boarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles (sales, site, admin, etc.)
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Handle employee On boarding, induction sessions, and documentation.

HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records in HR MS and physical files.
Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll team.
Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and appointment letters.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Assist in grievance handling and resolution under guidance from senior HR.
Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,285.14 - ₹18,917.20 per month
