Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the human resource department with various administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records, handling employee queries, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring HR policies are followed. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in recruitment, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Maintaining and updating employee records and documentation Coordinating with other departments regarding HR policies Supporting payroll and attendance tracking Organizing employee engagement activities Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Knowledge of HR software and tools (preferred) 3+ year of HR experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
