*Job Summary:* We are hiring 2 Telecaller (Prefer Female) who can speak both Hindi and English fluently. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining products and services, handling queries, and maintaining proper call records. ✅ Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads/customers Explain products or services in Hindi and English Handle customer inquiries and resolve them effectively Maintain accurate call logs and customer data Follow up on interested leads and provide correct information ✅ Skills Required Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and basic written) Strong communication and convincing skills Good listening and problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools) Positive and energetic attitude ✅ Qualifications Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Tele calling / tele sales / customer service experience preferred Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome ✅ Job Type Full-time (Monday to Saturday) On-site, office in Delhi Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
