Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in Mechanical design, Manufacturing, Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and related functions.
• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through all possible channels like Whatsapp Groups, Job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking within the manufacturing domain.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and culture alignment.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage the selection process.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation using MS-Excel.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies in the Mechanical/Manufacturing sector.
  

• B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering, and MBA with Human Resources, or a related field.
• Candidate should have 3 – 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering job functions and terminology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Languages: Telugu, Hindi & English
  

Preferred

• Prior experience working in Blue Collar Hiring in a product-based engineering company/manufacturing Industry/Aerospace/ Automotive.
• Knowledge of local talent markets in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
