HR Catalogue is an end-to-end HR services company based in Ahmedabad. We are urgently looking to hire 2 HR professionals for our recruitment as well as HR Outsourcing vertical.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support the full employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, people handling, and hands-on execution across day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and track interview status.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Handle joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Create and maintain employee files, records and HRIS data.
  • Manage letters – Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Internship, Relieving, etc.

Payroll & Attendance Coordination

  • Track attendance, leaves, and update monthly attendance sheets.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission to Finance.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan birthday/anniversary acknowledgements and engagement activities.
  • Support internal events, celebrations, activities, and surveys.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR policies and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.
  • Handle HR emails, grievance support and employee query resolution.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills – English + local language.
  • Strong coordination & follow-up skills.
  • MS Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot, etc).
  • Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Professional communication & confidentiality.
