Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the complete sales process for ongoing and upcoming construction projects . Identify new business opportunities in both Bangalore and Delhi regions. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and project presentations. Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and procurement teams. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales deals. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Travel frequently between Bangalore and Delhi (and surrounding project sites) as required.
