The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Alibaba, and IndiaMart campaigns, focusing on high-quality B2B lead acquisition.Key Responsibilities:B2B Lead Generation & Paid Advertising:Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn Ads, Alibaba, and IndiaMart to generate B2B leads.Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize lead quality.Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure high ROI and cost-effective lead acquisition.SEO & Website Optimization:Improve website ranking and visibility through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.Enhance landing pages for better lead conversion rates and user experience.LinkedIn & Content Marketing:Build B2B LinkedIn marketing campaigns to engage decision-makers and potential clients.Work with the content team to create industry-specific blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles.Analytics & Performance Tracking:Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other digital tools.Provide data-driven reports with actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.Requirements:3-6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.Proven expertise in Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and B2B marketplaces (Alibaba, IndiaMart, etc.).Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategies.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integration.Ability to analyze campaign data, optimize ads, and drive high-quality leads.Experience targeting USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and India markets is a plus.Familiarity with the eco-friendly or compostable industry is preferred but not mandatory.Why Join Us?Work in a fast-growing eco-friendly products company with a global footprint.Opportunity to lead B2B marketing strategies in international markets.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
