Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Management System (QMS): Implement, maintain, and continuously improve ISO and GMP-based quality systems. Develop SOPs, inspection protocols, and checklists for each production stage. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the plant. 2. Process Quality Control: Monitor and manage quality parameters in blown film extrusion (gauge, width, clarity, tensile strength, etc.). Ensure sealing strength, print quality, and bag dimensions are within specification. Conduct real-time quality checks on shop floor and maintain traceability records. 3. Raw Material & Incoming Inspection: Establish incoming QC for raw materials such as biopolymers, masterbatch, ink, and packaging materials. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for COA review, sampling, and approvals. 4. Customer Complaints & RCA: Lead investigations for customer complaints and internal quality issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). 5. Team Management & Training: Supervise the quality team across shifts. Train operators and line staff on quality standards and defect identification. 6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection reports, rejection logs, and production quality data. Present regular quality performance reports to senior management. Requirements: Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Plastics, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Experience: 610 years in quality control/assurance within blown film extrusion and packaging (preferably compostable or plastics industry). Hands-on experience in film quality testing (e.g., tensile, dart drop, sealing strength). Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and compostability certifications is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and shop-floor discipline.

Key Responsibilities: International Client Acquisition: Identify, connect, and convert B2B buyers, distributors, and private label partners across targeted geographies (USA, EU, AUS, UAE, etc.). Market Expansion: Execute NaturTrusts go-to-market strategy in new and existing export markets with a sharp focus on revenue generation. Trade Show Engagement: Represent NaturTrust at international expos (e.g., Global Pet Expo, Ambiente, etc.), manage lead capture, and drive post-show conversions. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead generation and technical discussion to quotation, sample approval, negotiation, and final deal closure. Certification & Compliance Support: Coordinate with the internal regulatory team to ensure certification alignment (TV Austria, BPI, DIN CERTCO, ABA, etc.) as per buyer country norms. CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, deals, communications, and forecasts using Zoho CRM or equivalent platforms. Freight & Documentation Coordination: Liaise with the logistics and documentation team for timely execution of export orders and smooth dispatch. Revenue & Collection Tracking: Drive monthly revenue targets and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
