Female Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in customers, calls, and online inquiries for luxury apartment sales.
  • Conduct site visits with potential buyers, showcasing project features and amenities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the luxury real estate segment.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Other Skills / Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Presentable, confident, and able to engage with affluent clientele.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as per client schedules.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
