As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for a variety of activities including sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment. Your role will also require a high level of confidentiality and the ability to work with a Startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential for effective communication within the team and with clients. - Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals. - Establishing and maintaining core management practices to support the business needs. - Good administrative skills to manage documentation and processes efficiently. - Developing a strong and respectful relationship with both current and prospective clients.
