HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive

About AyurvedaGram:
AyurvedaGram is a leading Ayurvedic wellness retreat, known for its heritage treatments, serene campus, and holistic healing experience. We are currently seeking a motivated and capable HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive to support and strengthen our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities
• Handle employee engagement activities, attendance, and leave management
• Maintain accurate HR data and reports using greytHR software
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries with professionalism
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and compliance requirements
• Support training, performance evaluation, and internal communication

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good command over English and Malayalam is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using greytHR or similar HRMS platforms
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
