We’re now looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Manager with a strong background in the hotel industry to elevate our guest experience. Who We're Looking For : An experienced Front Office Manager from the hospitality/hotel sector who can lead the front office team, ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide an exceptional wellness retreat experience to both Indian and international guests. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily front office operations, guest check-ins/outs, billing, and reservations. Lead and manage the front office team including training and scheduling. Ensure exceptional guest service and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, therapists, doctors) to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate guest records and reports. Assist in handling international guest queries and travel logistics. Monitor front office inventory and supplies.
