Job Summary: We are seeking a Male HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience in the Infrastructure/Contractor industry to assist with HR operations on-site and at the office. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions tailored to the construction and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for both site and office roles. · Handle payroll administration, benefits, and ensure accurate HR documentation. · Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. · Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a constructive work environment. · Assist in managing safety compliance and employee certifications on construction sites. · Provide general HR support to senior team members for performance management and reporting. Qualifications: · 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry. · Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance within the sector. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Preferred: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Knowledge of HR software or tools.
