Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and organized Purchase Executive to manage local purchasing tasks and oversee the timely drop-off and pick-up of goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth delivery, and handling all logistics related to local procurement. Key Responsibilities: Local Purchasing: * Identify, source, and purchase goods locally as per the company's requirements. Ensure that purchased goods meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Maintain relationships with local suppliers and negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms. Ensure all orders are placed accurately and timely, keeping track of inventory needs. Goods Transportation: * Coordinate with transport services for the pick-up and drop-off of goods from buses, warehouses, or vendors. Ensure all products are safely transported and delivered to the correct location without damage or delay. Track shipments and handle any issues related to logistics, including delays or damages. Vendor & Supplier Relations: Cultivate strong working relationships with local vendors and suppliers. Maintain a professional communication channel to resolve any issues with goods or deliveries. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare purchase orders, delivery reports, and other related documents. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all purchases and deliveries. Report regularly to the manager on purchasing status, inventory levels, and any discrepancies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 13/06/2025
