An HR Admin job description involves managing daily HR operations, focusing on employee records, recruitment support, onboarding, payroll data, benefits admin, policy adherence, and general office administration, acting as a key support for the HR team by ensuring smooth, compliant, and organized people processes from hiring to exit. Key Responsibilities Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate personnel files, update HR databases, and manage HRIS software. Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, generate offer letters, and assist with background checks. Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, conduct inductions, and manage exit procedures. Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, update guidelines, and serve as a first point of contact for employee queries. Payroll & Benefits: Provide data for payroll processing (leave, hours), assist with benefits enrollment, and liaise with vendors. Reporting: Generate HR reports (turnover, metrics) and create presentations. General Admin: Handle office supplies, manage schedules, process expenses, and provide overall administrative support. Essential Skills Organization & Attention to Detail Discretion & Professionalism (handling confidential info) Computer Proficiency (HRIS, MS Office) Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
