Business Development Manager – Resorts

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales: ·        Identify and pursue new sales leads to increase occupancy and revenue for the resort. ·        Develop and implement strategic plans to target corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners. ·        Conduct regular sales calls, visiting , and client meetings. 2. Relationship Management: ·        Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts. ·        Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, corporate clients, and event organizers. ·        Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the resort. 3. Marketing Support: ·        Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting new business segments. 4. Reporting & Analysis: ·        Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. ·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities. ·        Track and analyze sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when needed. 5. Team Collaboration: ·        Liaise with operations, reservations, and front office teams to ensure seamless service delivery for group bookings and events. ·        Support training and development of junior sales staff, if applicable.
