Job Title: HR Recruiter – Non-IT (Jaipur)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (60%)
l Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within timelines.
l Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
l Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
l Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Onboarding & HR Operations (30%)
l Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, and induction sessions for new hires.
l Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
l Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative support.
Other (10%)
l Support HR team in day-to-day operational tasks.
l Prepare recruitment and onboarding reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
l Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
l 2–3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
l Experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry will be an advantage.
l Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
l Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
